Have you discussed this issue with your tuner?

Have you tried changing the delay for closed loop after engine start?

According to your calibration you are running in open loop, not closed loop.

yes i tried open and closed same issue .. when starting inn closed loop doesnt the ecu use the fueltables for the first 30sek because the wideband is not reading after its finished heated so it does not mean if you start inn closed or open loop ,correct me if im wrong

You should try adjusting the fuel compensations then. If it does the same thing in open and closed loop it has nothing to do with the heater on the o2 sensor.

its like its using wideband input from start off because just when the wideband heater turn off and start reading it runs Perfect. start also perfect if i turn the key for heating the wide band berfore i start and then start
