No start, d2 flashing

I recently installed my s300, and did an obd0 to obd1 conversion on my JDM DOHC ZC. I have done all wiring correctly using the correct jumper harness, and distributor conversion. When I plugged in my s300 on my p29 I was able to connect to the ECU and upload a map. However, the car would not start and the d2 diode was flashing when plugged into my computer. USB drivers updated, and Smanager updated. J12 cut. Could anybody offer any advice to solve this problem?

Are you getting fuel and spark?
What is the serial number that is on the s300 inside the ECU?
From Help, About, what is the version of software being used?

I am getting fuel, but no spark. My map looks good. I am using the d16a1 calibration from Smanager. I do not believe the distributor wiring (not spark plug wires) to be the issue either.

You need to try the ECU on a known working vehicle since this one is not getting any spark.
