Not sure why I never got back to this post. The car has been down for a while, but I am still having the same issue. The serial number for the s300 board I believe is 35764. That is the number on the sticker that says S300.

Never mind, looks like I did get back to this. I do recall sending the S300 board in, but I don't remember if it fixed this issue at the time. Anyways, I'm still having the same issue. I'll have to look at some paperwork to see if you guys had to do anything with the board, or maybe you guys have that on file. Looking at my emails, the RMA# was 4884.

OK, found my paperwork - Invoice# 59150. Says "RESOLUTION: Corrupted Calibration Tested on bench and car." So how do I fix this??

Load a new calibration as you may have a corrupt calibration uploaded to the ECU.

Does that mean I have to completely retune the car?

If you do not have a backup of the calibration stored on your laptop, then you may have to retune.
