Vtec conversion

Post by rsfire »

Hey I have a P75 ecu with the 1980 board in my LS Vtec turbo crx.
I ordered the vtec conversion components and had them soldered in. The only part I am unsure about is where I will wire the vtec solenoid and oil switch into. Will I just use the P28 locations? Thanks!

And I noticed for the vtec conversion instructions there are a couple versions:

http://www.xenocron.com/install/1980.htm
Is this the correct version, since I don't have IABs?

Should I disregard this thread? It says it's for vtec and IABs. I noticed it's mostly the same components, but has a decent bit of differences from the other thread.

You use the standard inputs for a VTEC ECU. http://www.hondata.com/help/smanager/ecuconnectors.htm

For questions about the components and installation you should contact Xenocron Tuning or whoever you got the kit from.
