You have not posted the calibration that the datalog was made with.

uploaded calibration

also, you can see in the datalog that when i let off throttle to coast, my fuel duty cycle goes to 0% and almost dies.

I don't actually see a problem in that datalog. The fuel injectors are supposed to shut off during deceleration, so that is normal. Have you set the idle per the factory service manual instructions?

my idle adjustment screw is almost closed.
i dont understand why the minum moving idle drops below where its supposed to and never corrects

i didnt decel in gear, i simply put the clutch in then the rpms drop too low and duty cyle goes to 0% from 6.8 seconds on datalog to 7.3

With the car fully warmed up and idling, unplug the idle control connector and see what RPM it idles at.

To see if it is adjusted properly.

So idle is adjusted properly. but the s300 still wont change idle and doesnt catch a falling idle when pushing clutch in.

chrisbogart, please tell us the idle RPM while the IACV plug is disconnected, don't answer with the idle is set right, if the screw is almost fully closed I guarantee it isn't set right. Please view http://www.hondata.com/help/smanager/se ... espeed.htm to better understand the reason for our question about he RPM value.

if the idle isn't correct when adjusting the set screw, while the IACV is disconnected, there is a high probability of a vacuum leak.
