Johnny_9: Yes, the post start fuel is compensated by the injector size.
sashg: Thanks for the datalog. The root of your problem is that the engine seems to run cold, and the ECT does not change like a normal vehicle (on each datalog it just stays the same temperature). You also should update software versions and re-test with the current version.

Next week I'll see if I can make the 'warm up' to 'warm' temperature adjustable. I'll look at the post start enrichment too.

Hello Hondata.
My main problem is that the engine management system is not working properly. not because my enginue it is cold or hot. I work with a variety of other brands how AEM HALTECH APEXI etc and nowhere to similar problems are not met.
in this mode - I can not change anything that is achieved to correct the results.
It does not matter whether hondata considers this mode is correct or not for my engine - correction settings for ECT should work.
Correction of fuel after the start to my problem has nothing to do.
Which version you recommend for use ? Latest beta 2.4.2 ?
My point of view - the problem might depend from F to C conversation. Or uncorrect address for High load ECT compensation table in firmware. Also i see such big correction of this parameters in base calibration. I hope might be a helpfully for you.
I will try check same trouble on laters beta and send result soon.
Thanks

I'm not sure you understand - if you take the engine outside its normal operating parameters when you can't expect it to behave as designed.
I'll look at making the 'warm' temperature adjustable.
Yes, you should re-test with the beta version.

We've changed the datalogging to accurately show the ECT compensation when cold. Please re-test with 2.4.3 (or higher) if you're having problems.

The static ECT still concerns me, as I don't see any explanation for it. If the ECT never changes then the ECU will not re-calculate the compensation values.

Hi,
I don't understand you logic. Where is cold-hot boundary? I don't see static ECT.
PLS download full datalog from this url http://disk.tom.ru/lcjyfzj. Such forum not allow upload a big files. This is new datalog on 2.4.2 beta version.
You can see morning warmup, full trottle run on cold ECT and full trottle run on hot(normal) ECT
Some screenshoots is added - lets check it PLS too.
For example hondata-ECT-dynamic-2.png - you will see ETC 75C, open loop correction for ECT on high load must be in my calibration is about 8%. But in datalog you see 20% and as result very reach AFR :(
I was try change this ECT correction table (biger or smoller) - nothing changed.
PS version on my PC is 2.3.7 just for make screenshoots - don't worry this datalog was made in 2.4.2 SW. And this is trouble undepen of SW version.
Small part of datalog added too.
New datalog on 2.4.3 will be soon

PLS advice!

I think we've reproduced this. It might take until next week to make a release.

Just did a coldish start, with v2.4.4 & a Wideband; much better...

A/F much more controllable below 80C open loop

No longer goes wildly rich when you give it some throttle during the post start window (<30 secs after starting)

Thanks.

Use the beta version. I do not believe there are any issues with it.
