V1.4.7 (16 April 2010)

Download here

Changes:

• Added crankingfuel tables.
• Added an option to check for beta version updates.
• Correct pressure display psi unit. (Pressure values shown in psi were incorrectly calculated high by approximately 1.2%. Existing calibrations may show corrected values ~1.2% lower, but the underlying pressure values are unchanged, and the calibration will run identically.)
• Added Indicator display type.
• Fixed problem which would occasionally reset ECU depending on parameter options.
• Add instructions for installing a Boost Control Solenoid suppression diode.
• Fixed problem where boost control duty would stay at 0% after gear shift.

Detail:

We've added the complete cranking fuel tables. There is a base pulse table, indexed by coolant temperature, which is then adjusted for cranking rpm and air pressure. From there the pulse is adjusted for injector size and cranking fuel trim.

Check for updates now can check for beta updates as well.

Don't panic with the change in the psi pressure units - it is display only. Only don't need to re-tune your car.

A new display type, the indicator, allows you to show on/off conditions.

However, the indicator is not limited to just on/off sensors. You can use the warning max and min to show other conditions. eg a shift light

Lastly, we've fixed a problem where the ECU would reboot (very quickly) from time to time, depending on the exact parameter settings and engine speed. I'd like people to test this version as well to see if this was also causing the boost control inconsistencies.

Fixed the issue of ECU resetting for us.

Another problem that seems to have gone away is when we were using wideband signal for closed loop, intermittently (although more often than not) when the car went in to closed loop conditions the wideband signal would go to ~9:1AFR. As soon as we got out of CL condition, it would read correctly.

@Brevity: Running windows 7 without any problems.

Thanks.

no more ecu resets...yay!
wideband closed loop still gliches after 10-15 min of driving with correct values and target voltage set correctly.
narrowband works great.

You're right. Still having problem with wideband closed loop. Was trying to figure out if it whether it's a problem with the ECU or wideband controller.

Did anyone else start having datalogging issues on this version? I'm only getting 5 second logs now. never had any issues before and this is the only change.

mine works fine. datalogged for an hour and 15 minutes straight yesterday.

ECU does not reset by itself (randomly while driving) anymore! yay!
I don't use PWM boost control, so I can't test that out for you.

The ECU used to reboot at least once every drive if I was on the highway. No issues since uploading calibration on the Beta version.

Datalogging is the only issue I'm finding. Not sure what is causing it. Doesn't seem to matter if I use on board, or pc. HONDATA, any thoughts?

Datalogging has been fine for me.
