Dip at VTEC is normal wit OEM PRB cams. You can smooth it out a bit by rising VTC angle on Low cam just before VTEC.
My car was best around 13 to 13,5 AFR so i agree with Rikitaun on this.
Get a WB (PLX SM-AFR), do datalogs and tehn we can help you.

The dip is away with cleaning my ITG maxogen and especially by oiling it good.

Apparently heat wrapping my PLM header, which is a 2 part header, also helped in fixing it.

We believe the dip is from the 3 inch.
But i can test, normally i should feel the difference.
Your VTEC point is set too high. Try what Rikitaun suggested with the angles...he about dead on from what I get when tuning. Looks to me like they DIDNT tune each cam angle and left the stock angels in the cal. I see this WAY to often when looking at tuned Kpros from random shops.
BUT, without seeing A/F numbers first hand I cannot discredit the tune...just that the dyno sheet looks too familiar to me to pass on.
PM me the tune, I can tweek it and you me notice a big difference...if not then no harm.
