We cannot help much if you do not provide us with a calibration file and datalog. With that being said your current pulse width should not be an issues. The duty cycle might be a little high due to you running so rich at wide open throttle. Are there any issues you have noticed because of this?
Ignore it or change the sensor warning level. An injector duration of over 11ms means nothing; the duty cycle is what is important, and at 55% there is no problem.
