When using the lambda overlay, after a short datalog, I've noticed that I'll have a few cells that show 10-40 samples with the majority of the cells showing 150-250 samples.

My question is do I disregard the cells with the low samples and if so at how many samples (in proportion to the rest of the cells) would you consider the reading valid?

You may want to disregard the lower sample rates. You will need to look at the 2d tables and see if the lines are way out or are relatively smooth.
