PRA Kpro V4 wideband support

Post by TAOTAO »

Hi,

as I aware the V3/V4 have the option to replace the narrowband sensor with wideband one, but I am strangling to understand exact what I need.

On the manual the sensor mention are old, I search the forum and got this list/thread below

http://www.hondata.com/forum/viewtopic. ... nd#p101624

AEM 30-0310
AEM 30-4100
AEM 30-4110
AEM 30-5130
AEM 30-2310
AEM 30-2340
INOVATE LC-1
INOVATE LC-2
MoTeC PLM
NGK AFX
PLX SM-AFR
TECHEDGE
ZETRONIX

so let say that I split the wideband kit to 3 main component

1. O2 sensor (mostly Bosch)
2. controller (each company have it own)
3. gauge or app

if I got it right I will only need the 1+2 to connect the KPRO ? so for example on PLX I can buy thie kit:

https://www.plxdevices.com/ProductDetai ... 7346002726

did I got it right ? the 3rd option (gauge) is jut for quick reading the data and not necessary for the operation under the KPRO.

Thanks,

Idan

You are correct.
I can recommend the PLX one, I have used one of those for a few years now and it's working great.
Using the digital connection only.
