KPRO ignition state off, can’t upload or download

KManager version: 4.3.5.0
KPRO was purchased from hondata, previously a V1 then was sent in in feb of this year to upgrade to V4

The car would randomly put me into limp mode. Sometimes I can’t even see the Bluetooth connection on my phone. Then next morning it would drive perfectly fine.

Now last night it put me into limp mode again, this morning it still in limp mode. I see the kpro I can connect with my phone and laptop but it’s showing ignition state off and I can’t do much else. The car will start up and everything just fine, still in limp mode tho. Any ideas where to begin or what’s the cause?

Also when I plug in the USB TO THE KPRO and watch the LED, it lights up bright green upon connecting, and then bright red, but then immediately dimmly blink/flicker red.
