Hi, im in california and i am trying to bar a k20a2. i have everythign figured out, except the immobilizer. i was going to try to use the immobilizer, but the system go thru the multiplexer and it just looks like too much work. i have the whole emission system in and ready to go.
My question is, can hondata somehow reflash my ecm, and take out the immobilizer unit? if so how much do they charge for this? any and all help will be much appreciated. i know alot of ppl claims this to be impossible, but it has been done on an EG. but he used the complete rsx wiring, i want to use my original dash which is why i need to do this.

well i have a si eletrical troubleshooting manual and i guess this is making it harder for me, ill just order the rsx manual since the dealer doesnt carry them.Hondata wrote:We do not offer reflashes which eliminate the immobilizer.
It is fairly easy to wire up the immobilizer to ECU - follow the ETM wiring.
