i'm thinking of upgrading to the k-pro but what i want to do is buy another type s ecu to send off rather than my existing one with the k20a2-4 reflash, i'm wondering if anyone knows if i could still get the upgrade price (since i'm already a hondata customer) if i were to use the other ecu, or if i'd have to pay the full price.

You get the discount when you upgrade an already flashed ECU. Otherwise everyone would swap ECUs with their friends and get a discount.

well then scratch that idea
