Need help b20 hondata v1

I got new sparksplugs for my car went to go try turn it on and the fuel pump wont prime i checked the relay it was fine and so was the fuel pump so then i took off the ecu cover and turned the key to power and got a green and red light so then i switched my stock ecu and the car ran but i really need this one fixed because the stock one makes the car run like crap

What is the serial number that is on the s300 board inside the ECU?
