Hi,
i bought a used PRC ecu, to install a Kpro V4 and drive a K20a engine in an Ariel Atom.
The company i send the stock ecu to, is asking if the ECU comes from a pre-facelift DC5 or facelift DC5.
I don't know, and the seller of the ECU does not know :(
So, the serial number is :
37820-PRC-013
2070-301682
does it help ?
I know i will have to modify the engine harness i have (from an UK EP3 / K20A2) and the K-tuned universal swap harness, so, what is exactly the difference and what does it involve for this PRC ecu to be socketed in the pre-facelift way or facelift way ?
Thanks
Thomas.
PRC Ecu - how to identify pre-facelift or facelift ?
Re: PRC Ecu - how to identify pre-facelift or facelift ?
That is an early model ECU. The dealer should be able to install this without any problems. I'm not sure what modifications to the harness will need to be done on something like this.
