can you datalog and tune without the hondata cable ?

i have an s200 with an ostrich emulator, chip burner & i want to use RE4

can i get a cable at radio shack because i bought the s200 used and the seller did not have the cable

where do i get a cable? hondata dealer i assume ?

how do i buy the licensing so i can use romeditor 4 i dl'd the software from hondata but cant fig out where to buy the licensing or the cable i need

ps im using the moates chip kit, i dont like crome or neptune and want to use romeditor4, to me it will be well for the $195 that hondata is charging
