Re: how to eliminate the voltage offset?

the signal ground is the same as the ECU ground.

the power ground is through the cigarette lighter. i think here is the "problem"

Re: how to eliminate the voltage offset?

signal has the same ground as the ECU.

the question is, that i want to eliminate the offset completly. so hopefully with the same ground? that would solve the problem.

how to eliminate the voltage offset?

is there a possibility to eliminate the voltage offset for the wideband? using the Innovate LM2, connected through the "tuner harness" to the wideband input with the same ground as the ECU. i think, that the difference between the "real" voltage and this difference is depending o...

Re: SManager software requests

would like to see an optional input from external data. Innovate has with its LM2 and the logworks software some strong combination. the software gives the possibility to export live data, logged by the unit. so: you connect your PC with the device and get live data on the screen. the provide an API...

Re: SManager software requests

possible or not: more maps. i don't know how much internal memory the S300 (V2) has and if it is capable of getting different maps on the ECU and use a switch to get through them. can you please say anything to that? and i'm talking about 100% different maps with different options. example: 1st map:...

Re: No-run condition

MAP and the crank signals (TDC, revs, etc.) are the basic signals you need, because with those signals the ECU knows how much fuel the engine shall get and when it shall fire. a misreading MAP-Sensor let the ECU think, that you are in a higher column, than you actually are. so more fuel is provided ...

Re: No-run condition

wrong reading, map sensor error code? what about changing that sensor? would check the stock sensor, if the car runs. well, of course, not in highest boost, but for low boost or N/A driving this will work just fine. you could double check your sensor with an external gauge and some air pressure. bes...

Re: SManager V2.2.5 (beta)

i thought, that there wasn't a timer on the chip. just a mistake by me. those kind of requests are in the software request thread. but this is a thread, where you answer. that's really great. i think, everybody is looking for such a support. just as I sad: idea - pros/cons - you know, what we would ...

Re: SManager V2.2.5 (beta)

well, that is what I'm always talking about. we have an idea, which shall work/would be nice if it could be realized and you give answer why or why not this isn't a solution. I thought that in any very old thread someone (not sure if it was you "Hondata" or "Spunkster") told, tha...

Re: SManager V2.2.5 (beta)

the only problem I see is the missing timer, for live datalogging. enhanced with the computer the timestamps shouldn't be that big deal. just to add more options: - road dyno - 0-100km/h / 0-60mph - standing 1/8mile, 1/4 mile, 1km, 1mile - econometer (mpg, l/100km) - etc. everything is possible with...

Re: ELD and KS Code

under misc: disable knock sensor and ELD.

those sensors aren't available in the P28.

the P72 has those, but getting this kind of ECU is not so easy.

just disable those sensors and the car should run just fine.

serious?

everything's there. Launch Control, Fuel Enrichment, Ignition Retard at this point.

were is the problem?

Re: SManager V2.2.5 (beta)

I think you are asking a lot of a 20 year old car ecu's processor....but maybe that's just me. if that calculations had to be done with the ECU-CPU, then you're right. but my (and some others) idea is to manage the road-dyno (for example) with datalogs. i'm asking for maths and physics, calculated ...

Re: SManager V2.2.5 (beta)

great, that you keep updating the software. by why, hondata, don't you add any options, which would help everybody while tuning (math-calculations - and so adding a road dyno)? there were a couple of great ideas in the other thread, which is based on software changes and calculations on the computer...
