Re: ECT and IAT compensation in ignition tables

Can hondata produce race calibration that is equivalent to the FD2 reflash for us?

I was thinking of porting over to the race calibration but the there are mismatch in the column count of the tables.

No it is not there despite activating advanced parameters.

I have asked this before and my question has gone unanswered.

Re: RTS question

Ur answer is in this thread http://www.hondata.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=12586 I am not doubting the integrity of the data. I want to know the location of this data prior to the execution of RTS. Was it pre stored in the flashpro by Hondata or was this data captured first from our stock EC...

Re: Weird knocks in cylinder 3

Well then you need to start trouble shooting. If it is your header then going to the Honda dealer with your issue will like you say most probably void your warranty. It is no use guessing your cars power, you are going to need facts. RTS and then measure the power on a dyno. If the power is below n...

Re: RTS question

For the benefit of all, I guess i'll do a RTS and bring the car back to dealer and ask them why my car run so badly. I bet they will blame me for flashing the ecu. Don't know if i told them hondata guranteed RTS had the car back to stock map works anot... Since hondata reps here keep insisting that...

RTS question

I am unable to find answers to this question so I would like to ask again.

Where did the RTS map comes from ?

Is it pre programmed in the factory before flashpro was shipped or was it downloaded from our ECU when the car is locked to it?

Re: Weird knocks in cylinder 3

Thank you. I have check my car, and there's nothing wrong with it. Puzzling to see that a type R can run so badly in stock ecu. Before reflash and after reflash and gg back to stock is 2 different car. I seriously doubt that the rts is back to stock ecu. But there's nothing i can do but to order a ...

Re:

It can be tricky because the knock sensor is closer to #2 than the other cylinders; however #2 cylinder typically gets slightly better cylinder filling than the other cylinders. I would suggest to retard the timing by 1 or 2 degrees. How is it tricky? Is it possible to eliminate the knocks and loss...

Re: Question about returning to stock

I would like to ask a question. Taking the following Flashpro as an example: 2006 + US Civic Si (FP-SI-US) which is intended for ECU RRB-A01 through RRB-A14. If we purchase the "FP-SI-US" for an "A01"ECU and subsequently perform an RTS, will this "A01" ECU become "...

Re: IAT, ECT compensation for ignition in FD2R

The RRC calibrations are not expanded for boost - you'd need to use the race calibration for forced induction. Tables can't be directly imported because of the difference in column count, as you probably have found out. If you want the RRC knock ignition limit tables in the race calibration then yo...

There are no options to select the sensor in the following cal:

Re: IAT, ECT compensation for ignition in FD2R

Why are there only 10 load columns in the following calibration?

Civic-Si-RRC1
Civic-Si-RRC1-Reflash

How do import tables from the above into the race calibration?

I have seen that the knock tables are also different in the race calibration. Which is the correct one for the FD2r?

Use the race calibration if you want to change the ECT and IAT ignition compensation.

But they do not even exist to begin with. Or is it 'there' but u don't 'see' it ?
