sorry, i didn't realize you had an obdI ecu with the obdII plug on it. obdIIa vs obdIIb is the issue you are having... one lacks C the other lacks D. check the pinout for the other and you'll see what i mean :)

you should honestly consider purchasing the s300 unit from a local dealer (at least within your time zone) so that they can field your tech questions in a timely fashion. i also believe the hondata dealer agreement forbids US dealers from selling directly to buyers in other countries. ecus we can pr...

A17 is the iab control. cut this wire in the center (half way between the ecu plug and the harness plug) of your adapter harness. connect the ecu side of this wire to one of the relay's COIL terminals. connect the harness side of A17 to the N.O. terminal of the relay.
