To run S-200 with boost, you'll need to get an OBD1 ECU [with VTEC]...I'd get a P72 OBD1 GSR ECU if I were in your situation, so you can still use the knock sensor and the secondary runners. You'll need an adapter harness as well if this is going in an OBD2 car. You'll need to purchase the boost opt...

Changing ECUs does more than change your fuel tables. Also can change: -Redline -VTEC point -Ignition tables -Ability to use dual length runners -Ability to use a knock sensor A VAFC can change VTEC point and modify fuel tables only . I don't know many people with VAFC's so I don't know much about t...

are you asking what other aftermarket parts besides hondata you'll need to run a hondata system? Outside of the turbo, you'll need larger injectors, an 3 bar map sensor, and a laptop if you plan on datalogging. Hondata does not make use of a rising rate FPR [FMU], so keeping your fuel delivery syste...

1. It IS possible for your harness to plug into the Type-R coolant sensor, you'd just have to solder in extra lengths of wire for the plug on the harness to reach the sensor. In my opinion this is too much effort. 2. The part on the wiring harness is only the plug [unless they left the sensor plugge...

Correct. Swap in your GSR thermostat housing [it should have the sensor on it] and it should plug right into your harness. The last part of my previous post is just telling you where the Type-R's coolant temp sensor is located. It's a plug on the back of the block near the oil filter, and will just ...

Coolant temp sensor may need to be located in the thermostat housing. You may need to pick up a thermostat housing with a sensor in it. It's what I had to do for my swap. The B18A1's coolant temp sensor is located on the back of the block, but once I installed the thermostat housing with the sensor,...
