Eletrical noise is stopping the datalogging. Check the main ground (on or near the thermostat housing) and that the plugs or plug wires are of the resistor type. Swap back in the stock plug wires. Remove any unusual noise producing eletronics. Try a shorter USB cable.

Mr bossman, you have major issues with the engine swap wiring in your vehicle. Trying to troubleshoot the symphons without finding the cause of the problems is not going to work. It seems like the MAP sensor is damaged - try another sensor. The MAP sensors are delicate - incorrect wiring or a short for even the briefest moment will damage the sensor.

The datalog is just at idle with no error codes, but look at the short term fuel trim (+25%). It seems likely to be a lean misfire.

It seems normal. If the engine speed is slow to return to idle speed then change the idle valve slider to the left (try different settings).

Pull the idle valve off the throttle body (4 phillips screws on the bottom), remove the electrical part of the valve (2 screws) and clean the valve with solvent until it rotates freely.

Works OK for me. Can you provide a more detailed procedure to reproduce the problem? (I know that this is a pain to do).

All our products are not for use on pollution controlled vehicles / for off road use only, so the smog question is only theoretical. The ECU will pass the sniffer test if it has a cat and OBDII is enabled and the readiness codes are set (yes, I know this contradicts the 'disable OBDII for the 05' st...

There are no metrics on the tip in retard. -100% is the minimum amount of tip in retard, +100% is the maximum amount of tip in retard. The exact value for your application is found by testing different values, datalogging and seeing what works the best. Throttle tip in retard occurs when the throttl...

There really isn't much more to say than what is in the help file. -100 is minimum retard; +100 is maximum retard unpon throttle tip in. Try different settings and see what works. Personally I find that -100% for all gears works the best.
