What sensor are you using? Never seen one where the plug is able to be plugged in wrong. Have you tried a new sensor?

I always completely de-power the computer before tuning to re-set the long term fuel trim (LTFT) to zero. Then, during tuning, don't allow the ECU to make any fueling correction to LTFT. This ensures zero stays zero.

Does the basemap you're using have the correct injector size and MAP sensor loaded? What fuel pressure are you running? Which engine / Hondata base map are you using for your engine?
