J37 throttle high cold idle

I have installed a J37 throttle on my 06 supercharged TSX. When hot, everything works fine (idles at 800rpm no problem) but cold idle is very high, reaching fuel cut. I tried ignition retard when cold but this does not seem to work as intended. I guess stock ECU uses another throttle MAP when cold a...

Generic output max amp draw

Hello. What is the max safe continuous AMP draw generic outputs of the stock PRB ecu can handle? (E20, E21, E18, B6). I want to drive a relatively low load (<1A) and I wonder if I can do it without a relay.

Re: Fuel economy gauge permanently at maximum since update

Same problem. It seems I cannot decrease the value of 32648. It cannot be saved in the calibration for some reason. update: if I start with a new calibration, everything works. If I try loading an old calibration, I get an extra setting of 'output type'. In this calibration, I cannot change 'injecto...

Kpro4 AC problems CTR EP3 Euro

Hello. Have noticed that with KPro4, the AC or EPS idle routines do not work as in older Kpro boards. When first engaging AC or turning the steering wheel (especially with the AC on), engine almost stalls. Please find attached calibration and datalog. ***Edit: Some more information. Car was running ...

PRA & Baro correction

I see PRA ECUs have built in baro but there is no such option to define how trims are applied based on baro sensor. I guess we use the stock HOnda logic. Can you please elaborate on how the ECU reacts to various BARO values? We have a race car, running frequently on high altitude and tune is not con...

Re: cant upload cal to ecu

I also occasionally the same error in my Euro Accord CL9 with TSX ECU and FP. Solutions up to now that worked for me (all together or just one in some cases): 1. Make sure the ECU ground is VERY good (originally on the intake manifold, I moved it on the valve cover). 2. CTek charger in power supply ...

Thank you very much! However, I have swapped another J37 throttle body, brand new from Honda, and problem persists.

Where is the controller? Is it inside the throttle body? I am experiencing the same problem in Civic TypeR FN2.

Re: 07-08 TSX Fuel Guage Inacurate

I have found this feature relatively insensitive but on the other hand, I have a Euro CL9 and I know some features might not work. However, I have seen that when removing the battery ground, the fuel level is displayed correctly. Is there any other way to actually 'reset' the fuel level gauge withou...

Throttle control table

I believe there are some hidden maps in Honda' original logic control. I have made a table relatively insensitive due to having a roots supercharger and I want the car to be more driveable around town without surges of power and without actually 'using' the supercharger (M62 bypass valve closes arou...

Re: New software version and cruise control.

Hello! Finally figured out what was wrong! It is not the final drive as cruise control worked in my car both with the stock 4.388 final drive as well as the 4.764 that currently has. (Euro CL9 with TSX 07-08 MT ECU and Flashpro) Last week, my mechanic messed with the brake switch and it was set too ...

New software version and cruise control.

Hello. Reuploaded today a map with the new flashpro version 1.9.5. Just found out that cruise control no longer works on my car (although no VSA check light is on). Everything else seems normal. Any ideas? Is it the new version (I have not kept an older one to retry) or is it something in my car? Eu...

Gear change hesitation with water/meth injection

TSX with Comptech supercharger and progressive water/meth injection based on injector duty cycle. After a specific gear pull and subsequent gear change, the engine gobs a lot instantly and then re-accelerates. I guess this must be residual water due to water/injection hysterisis. Water is injected p...
