Re: Fuel lean out at high rpm
What is the specific part number of the spark plugs you are using? Make sure they are a resistor type plug.

Re: Need help on Aem wideband install on b18c1gsr
Have you looked over the help topics? They are pretty informative. Open SManager, go to Parameters and click on the "Closed Loop" tab. In the top right corner of the window, click "Closed Loop Help" (blue text). You should also look at the help file that is on the "Closed Lo...

Re: True flex fuel with s300 ?
Yes, Hondata S300v3 will run true flex fuel. My car is set up this way. You will need to dyno tune on gasoline (or E10) first, then begin blending in higher concentrations of ethanol and adjusting the flex fuel compensations accordingly. For my initial tune I had to pay my tuner nearly double becaus...

Re: Hondata S300 - Setting up wideband closed loop
Remove R136 and R138 from your ECU and you will be able to see the full 0-5V on D10.
Hopefully someone else will chime in with answers to your other questions.

Re: Fuel lean out at high rpm
You have a pretty high voltage offset for your wideband (> 1V) - have you confirmed the wideband readings with another wideband, like the one on a dyno? I would recommend you try correcting the wiring issue and get a lower voltage offset. You should also consider moving your wideband to D10 to get t...

Re: IAT Sensor getting heat soaked
I have seen people relocate the IAT sensor to a pre-throttle location as you've suggested. I've also heard of people using an S2000 IAT sensor (supposedly more responsive). I've also heard of people cutting the plastic off the OEM sensor to expose the junction. I'm not sure what works best though, o...

Re: Help with B20B turbo
Have you verified that the Hondata equipped ECU will work in another car? The ECU may be bad, the S300 may be not connected to all the pins correctly, or the pins may have a bad solder job on them.

Have you looked in the vault for a calibration that is close to yours?

Re: ELD WB input - open loop - random AFR's
Yes, I am running flex fuel, but I don't know where you're seeing that I'm using D10 as the input for that, because I'm not. It is configured as AN0 for flex fuel input.

Re: ELD WB input - open loop - random AFR's
I don't have an easy way to disconnect the wideband from the ECU, so I'm unable to perform that test - sorry.
My calibration is attached.
SManager 2.7.5.0
I don't know how to verify firmware on the S300.
Yes, mine is a V3.

Re: ELD WB input - open loop - random AFR's
Here is my setup:
S300V3 in a P28
R136 and R138 removed
Wideband (PLX Devices) wired into ELD input (D10) on ECU
Open Loop
I do not have any issues with my AFR or the ECU acting like it's in closed loop when it's in open loop like you are describing.

Re: Duty drop out during pull
To me nothing looks off in your tune. Have you tried disabling launch control and seeing if that changes anything? What is the specific part number of the spark plugs you are using? If you are not using a resistor type spark plug, it can cause radio interference that will make the car not run correc...

Re: Car Wants To Start But Shows Distributor Error
Good deal. I went through this a few months ago...it was driving me crazy. I spent about 5 hours troubleshooting, swapping all kinds of parts and the answer was staring me in the face in my datalogs, but I was overlooking it.
