nice work!

I really like the 3d effect. I'd love to see this in a polished aluminum and black theme... real functional looking, maybe with exposed hardware and carbon fiber pieces... just like my car 8 )

Thanks for the reply - I still can't get the TPS to scale higher than 84% I can hear the throttle plate click all the way open and close. This is the same throttle setup that read 0 - 100% TPS in the last version of Smanager. This problem arose after updating to 1.3.1 If I could adjust the "Maximum ...

Can't adjust TPS above 84%

my TPS reads 1v to 6v I'm using the Read function within Scale TPS to try and set the 0 - 100% throttle. With my foot off the pedal I press Read next to Minimum Reading and it sets the value to -0.22. Then I WOT and press Read next to Maximum Reading and it sets the value to 60. Testing the throttle...

ok I tried a new config (itb.skl) but even with the distributor clocked all the way towards the firewall I can only advance the spark to about 20 retarded with the Set Timing box open. I double checked the cam belt timing to make sure I didnt slip a tooth and it looks good. When the crank is in the ...

setting base timing problem

I took a friend for a drive last night and the car was real real slow. Took it back to the garage and put a timing light on it. At idle the engine is firing at like 4 degrees retarded?!?! So I think, no big deal, I'll just open up the "Set Timing" box and clock the dizzy until it it's 16 advanced. S...

How do I add more columns to the fuel and spark tables?

10 columns is not enough resolution to tune my ITBs.

How do I add 2 or 3 more?

I see how to edit load and RPM points but not add additional columns. I'd like to run 13 like this pic below.

ONly reason I posted up was to try and help you since you're getting the same 2000RPM rev limit.

hey, I think I figured my 2K RPM limit

start a datalog and look at your sensors. Is your boost cut kicking in?

Are you running a MAP sensor?

I was not running a MAP sensor and my boost cut was set to 160. Well, my MAP reading was like 170+ so I just set boost cut to 255.

thanks Is the 2000 RPM rev limit part of a safety algorithm built into the P28? Is this what they call limp mode? ahh, it's so obvious now. My boost cut was set to 160kpa and my map sensor shows a steady 178. So the ecu thought I was seeing boost and going into limp mode. So I've just set the boost...

2000 RPM rev limit?

I'm having trouble getting my new engine running. It idles fine but a datalog shows the rev limiter kicking in at 2000 RPM. the engine is a high compression D16 P28 / S300 - using adjusted ITB.skl Suzuki 900 ITBs / TPS (1v closed - 6v open) - used Scale TPS to calibrate one other weird thing I tried...
