Dipping Below Target Idle on Lift Off

Thanks Adjusted TPS 0.51v to 5.00v and done the procedure for setting idle. IAC Duty cycle is set to midway between Normal and Increase. Rpm drops to 650 rpm before recovering 1,000 rpm

Rpm drops to 650 rpm before recovering 1,000 rpm. How do I tune this out? I do not want my rpm to drop below 1,000 rpm on throttle lift-off. The datalog show injectors cutting off. How to fix this?

What are the fuel units in ROM Editor not milliseconds? Injector duration varies with a number of different conditions (water temperature, air temperature etc) and is not linear.
