Here's some more information. The cruise control unit uses a PID algorithm to adjust the throttle based on the vehicle speed and past throttle histry. There is some delay factor for the cruise control to adjust the throttle, then another delay for the vehicle to change speed, and another delay for t...

We used a DC race header and stock cat back.

We used both the AEM and Injen (short ram), in different dyno tests.

When copying back from notepad, use Ctrl+A to select all values in notepad, then Ctrl+C to copy. Click on KManager, use Ctrl+A then Ctrl+V to paste. If you're pasting less than the whole table then manually select the cells. If it still doesn't work then give some specific examples of which cells yo...

The 05+ base uses the same setup as the 05+ Type-S (adapter harness + ECU). Note than any ECU you use has to be modified by us for 05 use otherwise the speedo and VTC will not work. The only difference we have noticed is that the speedo correction needs to be adjusted because the 05+ speed sensor us...

Safety. Given the number of people we see miss-wiring their o2 sensors, using the wrong o2 sensors etc etc you'd see some overheated pistons before very long. The OEs generally don't do closed loop at high load.

DBW / no-DBW makes no difference, so I can't see a manual throttle body conversion being necessary. Generally we do not comment on furture developement.

Match the o2 sensor to the ECU. Everything 02-05 uses the same o2 sensor apart from the 05-06 RSX ECU, which uses a different o2 sensor. The 05 EP3 uses the same o2 sensor as the 02-04 EP3 and RSX.

Yes. Sometimes it helps in the ignition table to use the same value over the idle area while setting the timing (eg 20 degrees from 500-1500 rpm, columns 1-5).

Do not run o2 simulators. We see many ECUs which have been damaged by o2 simulators.
