Re: Closed loop on start up HELP!!!!

Sorry, I thought it was the factory o2 sensor. The answer is much the same - its taking too long to warm up. Normal warm up is 15 seconds.

Re: Tuning FUEL Maps

The two target lambda tables are the lambda values the ECU will try to target if it is not running stoichiometric or trying to run richer for EGT reduction. The minimum lambda is the minimum lambda that the ECU will target for EGT reduction. It is a minimum, so that means the ECU will not target bel...

Re: Closed loop on start up HELP!!!!

Your o2 is not warming up quickly. I suspect that the o2 heater is broken.

Re: Running very rich WOT

The changes are a little inconsistent. Between 1V and 3.4V there generally is -5% change, but there are odd values (1.45V 6.08->5.08, 2.85V 59.71->62).

Try this.

Re: RPMs & Duty Cycle Lines on Graph Wavy in VTEC

The duty is wavy because it is calculated from the rpm so ignore the duty. The rpm signal has a lot of noise, and you can see it gets a lot worse at VTEC. So check the distributor wiring, the engine grounds and the ECU ground. Then look at the distributor.

Rev Match System Problem

If you get a 'Rev Match System Problem' and an 'Emission System Problem' then don't tell us about it. Those errors mean that the rev match sub system has disabled itself because of some other error. They are symptoms of some other problem and don't tell us anything about what the problem might be. S...

Re: Running very rich WOT

Yes. Are you change all the values? I'd start by taking 5% off the whole table, another 5% below 2V, another 5% below 1.7 V and 5% below 1.2V (with a little blending in between).

Re: Traction Control + Knock Control Strategy

You can try changing the sensitivity but it usually does not work that well. It is worth looking at the engine / trans because sometimes it is something simple like the exhaust hitting the frame which gives the noise.

Re: Traction Control + Knock Control Strategy

Last datalog at 19:15. Knock control goers up at 70kPa / 4000 rpm. It's not real knock so probably is from mechanical noise. You could zero the knock retard tables and that would at least give you consistent ignition timing, but be careful as it may result in more ignition than you planned. On one o...

Re: Traction Control + Knock Control Strategy

1. Nope, not normal. In the two datalogs I see the knock control is vastly different (55% vs 100%), and that will give different running and knock counts. 2. Disable the misfire detection. There is no downside. 3. The ECU will look at engine load and knock noise, and then adjust the knock control ac...

Re: CTR Losing boost at WOT after 4500rpm

2:43 The wastegate is closed, the throttle is open but your boost drops and the engine goes lean. Seems to be related to VTEC too. I'd guess a massive boost leak like a split manifold, then I'd inspect the wastegate and turbo.
