Re: Couple of Concerns on Closed Loop Lambda Target

I think it is a problem with the beta software. Download and install it again, then datalog.

Re: S2000 ID1050X Fine Tuning

Do you mean the injector opening times? Use the values from the ID1000 calibration.

Re: Couple of Concerns on Closed Loop Lambda Target

Did you make the datalog from SManager or from the s300?

Re: I have a problem with injector compensation.

You need to compensate for the injector size, increased displacement and then the ethanol.

If the car will not start check the basics (fuel, spark, compression) then lambda and post a datalog.

Re: Need to unlock FlashPro, no keys

Take out the ECU, place in other vehicle, return to stock & unlock. Might be easier to get the keys.

Re: What do the negative G/S numbers stand for ?

Nothing. That's just how Honda has set up the AFM table. If the sensor has an output in the negative range of the table then there is a sensor fault, so the negative numbers are not used.

Thank you for the report. This has been fixed. We are releasing a beta version today and the fix will be in that.

Re: FK8 FlexFuel Issues

Fuel pump looks ok. Because the cam is not a triangle the duty to capacity is not linear, so 90% duty is very close to the maximum fuel pump output.

I would not mess with the spark plugs. If you get misfires it is from the injection event overlapping the spark and the gap won't change anything.

Re: FK8 FlexFuel Issues

I would not go over 30% ethanol. The original release noted that maximum power was at 40% ethanol, but the fuel pump struggles at that point, so I would stay closer to 25%.

I doubt you have damaged anything.

Re: FK8 FlexFuel Issues

You running out of fuel. Everything else is a symptom. If you look at the wot datalog you reach 100% at 3600 rpm and the fuel pressure drops. Once this happens the ECU will stretch the injector event until the injection and spark overlaps and it will misfire. You need to reduce the ethanol content a...

Re: Running E27, How do adjust tuning?

What ecu/binary do you have? It it was designed for E27 then it will work. The knock control should take care of adjusting the ignition for you.
