We are making a release today for that part number.

Re: KPRO MANAGER WILL NOT INSTALL USB DRIVER

Do you have a KPro plugged in? If not, then you don't need the driver. If so, give more information.

Re: Confirmation of what the CAM angle real means

More or less.

If the intake cam is at 30, all it means is that it is 30 crank degrees advanced over the base (locked) position.

Re: Altitude and Boost Consideration

The 'turbo max ratio (temp)' uses IAT2. I'll check the table tracing is correct.

IAT2 = in the AFM before the turbo.

IAT = in the manifold.

Re: Change AFM calibration voltage values to optimize

Yes, the table index (voltage) is used in the table lookup.

Re: Confirmation of what the CAM angle real means

You're asking for the cam opening and closing angles. We do not have that information.

Re: Altitude and Boost Consideration

PA = 82 kPA and I'm guessing about 5% loss through to the turbo, so the turbo sees around 78 kPa. Picking 4000 rpm the IAT PR table is 3.13, so the turbo will be restricted to 244 kPa. Actual BP cmd at this point 243 kPa (and I did not cheat). So it is the turbo max ratio (temp) table. Increase by 0...

Re: Confirmation of what the CAM angle real means

Assuming you are referring the the KPro, cam is crank degrees from a base (fully retarded) position. Positive numbers are advanced. The numbers are not related to stock values.

Re: Updated CAN Protocol for AIM MXS (with all analogs and Lambda)

I'm not sure if your external conversions use Steinhart-Hart for the temps or an approximation.

I don't see a problem adding the ethanol to the AiM output as existing setups will just ignore the extra CAN packet, so I can do that if you would like.

Re: Couple of Concerns on Closed Loop Lambda Target

Works ok in the latest release. Regardless, it is a table tracing color in a different application as to what the ECU is using so looking at the lambda and trims shows the ECU is targeting 16.17 as it should.

I do not think it matters if the ALT and BAT is reversed. The ELD would not read currently currectly.

Re: Altitude and Boost Consideration

At altitude the turbo will spool up slower and there is not much you can do about it.

You're not making much boost, so you could raise the air charge limit 5% at a time and keep an eye on the knock retard.

The datalog displays correctly as far as I can tell but I cannot see the images you posted in the first post so cannot answer your original question.

Re: Altitude and Boost Consideration

It just raises some of the PR limits from 3 and also boost limits from 3 bar. The limit tables (PA, IAT etc) are still used so it is safe. If you're worried about altitude or turbo speed in general then look at the wastegate position. If it gets below 1mm then it is time to reduce boost. Usually it ...
