Re: Suddenly high Knock count

Can you hear any audible knocking? Look in the engine bay for anything loose.

Re: Suddenly high Knock count

It sounds like you may have a bad tank of gas if no other changes have been made to the vehicle. You may have also filled up with 87 instead of 91 octane.

Re: clutch switch

You must wire the clutch switch into the input you select in the software for it to be used.

Re: S2000 ID1050X Fine Tuning

The safest way to do this would be on the dyno so that everything can be monitored and all needed changes can be made.

Re: Boost fluctuation: Boost control settings vs EBC vs bad turbo

If you look at the activation pressure setting of 1082 in mbar, and then look at the quick spool settings, you have it set to 1495mbar. In PSI you should have this set to something closer to 1 or 2 psi or about 1100mbar.

Re: Couple of Concerns on Closed Loop Lambda Target

What is the serial number that is on the s300 board inside the ECU?

From Help, About, what is the version of software you are using?

Post your calibration as well as a datalog showing the issue.

Re: Low/high load ect fuel comp

It should not run differently between ECUs unless you have it running a wideband via closed loop and one ECU does not have the correct components for that input installed.
