2nd Hondata Reflash

I currently have an '02 RSX-S with Hondata #4. If I were to trade it in on a new '04 RSX-S and wanted to get the same flash again, will I receive any discount?

If the answer is yes, do I have to get my '02 reflashed back to stock before trading it in for the '04?
