Re: Using Kpro K20A2 tuned calibration. OK to lower the VTEC

To get the best result, you would need to take ur EP3 for a full dyno tune.

With stock exhaust, the optimal VTEC point for my DC5 was 5200rpm.

Re: Lotus swap Integra K20A DC5 with kit JRSC 550 chargercoo

It sounds like you are in "limp mode". Have you not got the secondary O2 sensor installed? I believe you need to switch off a few things from that calibration to make it work. Are you familiar with KManager? Go to Parameters Windows, Misc, Uncheck "Enable emissions error checking"...

Try this link

I know it is for 1.5.0 but there almost no difference between 1.5.0 and 1.5.1.0 (a bug fix for older KPro).

You are right, why stock ECU works fine with the same O2 sensor...

Have you tried to Erase ECU and upload a brand new kal, then upload your own kal?

What KM version are you running?

Re: Reaching column 10 under WOT

Col 10 is 1045 mbar. It is above average sea level pressure i.e. it is positive or "boosted". For me, at RPM below 5000/6000, I could get 101kPa but it slowly drops off to 97/98kPa at 8500rpm. The engine is sucking/consuming more air then the system could provide i.e. maybe some intake res...

Re: ECU throws P0134 (O2 sensor response) but everything is

It sounds like the same problem I had. The A/F ratio is stuck right? Once ECU threw P0134, it stops driving the O2 sensor. You should be able to revive its operation by [Online] > [Clear DTCs]. After a very short while, your A/F ratio should be back to normal. For me, A/F would stuck again if engine...

Thanks Hondata.

Would you have a sample datalog from v1.5.1.0? (The one above is from v1.3.1.0).

Did you have a datalog of 1.5.1.0's operation?

Re: CAT over temp bug

Hondata: Once ECU gets into "WOT CAT Protection Mode", how would ECU get out of that?

Would switched off the engine, and restarting do the trick?

Any idea?

Re: Bug (?): CAM Angle Table (Lo/Hi) Upload != Download

Hondata: Could you upload a datalog (1.5.1.0) for me to compare please?

A few minutes of road driving is good enough (after car has warmed up). I really want to know if my KPro is behaving the right way.

Thanks.

Re: Bug (?): CAM Angle Table (Lo/Hi) Upload != Download

@Hondata: Did you get a chance to test the AFCMD scenario on a PRC ECU?

How about the TPS scaling issue? Some others have the same issue. (I know it is strange, as I expect that part of software would change).

Thanks.

Re: Bug(?): 1.5.1.0 BAT voltage swing 14.3V to 12.6V @ Honda

Ok, I'm going to combine all your reports into one post. You are getting many problems which no one else has seen. Go over any recent modifications to your engine, load a new calibration (no one that you have tuned previously), then clear security and upload again. @ Hondata: Thanks for combining a...

Re: Bug (?): 1.5.1.0 Scale TPS glitch (@ Hondata)

I have attached some screenshots. Notice, this problem only happens after I upgraded to 1.5.1.0. I simply opened kal (saved by 1.4.1.0), and uploaded to ECU. DefaultTps.jpg If I upload the above, my TPS readout when throttle is fully closed is bouncing between 0 and 1%; when throttle is fully open, ...
