I use an AEM WB with S300 quite regularly, Just wire up positive and ground to the appropriate places, unplug the Primary O2 sensor, and then wire your wideband signal into the primary O2 sensor wire at the ECU.

I would assume you cant pass their testing?? A few ways around that for a weekend car, find a friend with a dealership and use dealer plates whenever you want to drive, or find someone out of state in an easy state to register through and do it there. I plan on registering my car at my moms (minneso...

This is a basic basemap, using a stock P72 bin, then compensating for 650s, and adding boost tables. It is exactly as I instructed in my last post how to do it step by step. I added 10% extra fuel compensation just to be a bit safer, so you will probably run rich. I also boost cut at 5 psi for you s...

Haha, I feel like an idiot. I had checked to make sure it was still in inches, but i didn't pay attention to that vac unit base was absolute. Changed that to atmospheric and that took care of it. Thanks.

You can make your own, simply take your basemap (P72), add boost tables (options- show boost tables), fuel compensate for the 650s (parameters- fuel trim- current injector size), create boost tables (edit- create boost tables- retard ignition timing by .75* per psi, add fuel under boost 120%), and c...

Vacum index flipped around??

So i had Smanager on my Vista laptop before and it worked fine, than I added AVG and it did that thing, but I fixed it as instructed and Smanager is back, however now my Vacumm index is switched around-- col 1 is -3.4" vac, col 9 is -28.7" vac -- then col 10 is .5 psi, and boost is fine fr...

Launch Control using A/C switch

So i put launch control on a friends car last night and it works fine in always on mode, but when i tried using the A/C switch to run it, it only worked sometime. You could get ready to launch with the A/C switch on and it would limit it, but if you let off and tried again right away, it would let i...

Very nice setup and results. Nice powerband. Any problems with tuning the twincharge setup?? Did you choose a GT45 because of the S/C providing all of the low end?? Way bigger turbo then I would have expected, especially on stock sleeves, but it seems to work with the S/C.

And what did it run??

Yeah, A/F ratios will be the same as what you would with regular gas, but you can usually lean it out quite a bit at cruising for better gas milage. I was running mine in the high 15's, low 16's when cruising with no problems.

I know, but a GT28 on 13.5 psi should be around 300 whp probably, which is no where near what those 750s should max out at... We will get it on a dyno in a couple of weeks, but I don't want to be maxxed out already...

Sorry to bring this back, but i had a question with duty cycle... Does your injector sizing unit make a difference on what the duty cycle is?? I am tunign a car running 750s but to get it compensated correctly, i entered it as 625s and the AFRs were about right, but datalogging says I am getting 100...
