Re: Getting knock on E85
Yes, total of 2 degrees so far. It didn't have knock on 91 octane and it's only set to add 1.5 degrees at that RPM range. So now it has less timing on E85 than it did on 91 and it's getting a knock. It's always in that same range, 5-8 psi. and 5-6k RPM

Getting knock on E85
I'm hoping someone can help! I wasn't getting any knock on 91 octane but notice knock almost always around 5-7psi and in the 5-7k rpm range. I have a quick log attached where it shows 1 count of knock. It will normally show 2 or 3 counts of knock on each pull. The car is flex fuel and I notice it do...

Solved!
Thank you for all of the help. It was a wiring problem. There was a broken wire on the map sensor. Sensor has 3 wires. The green one was broken. Replaced a section of the wire and everything works including the open error from the O2 sensor. BTW, I went with the Denso and had used one as the old sen...

Re: O2 sensor Open error and map P0108
Thanks for the reply. It's right in the exhaust and it's still clean. I wonder if it got banged around when it was removed from the header while working on the car. I will get a new one today and give it a try. Thanks again.

O2 sensor Open error and map P0108
Hello, The car was first started (calibration "first start.fpcal" with 2 data logs from the 17th) after being down for about 6 months. The ecu was unplugged and out of the car while installing a turbo kit. Finally was able to fire it up a few days ago and found a fuel status 8 saying Open-...

Re: WOT not matching target AFR
I had previously locked in each angle and had made it up to 30 on the low cam. They tables were all at 0 to 1% on the fuel trims for part throttle but couldn't ever get the WOT afr's to work correctly. I will make sure to start over with the new sensor. Let me know your pricing when you get a chance...

Re: WOT not matching target AFR
Thank you for the insight. I will head to the dealer today for the O2 sensor. I may take you up on the tuning too. The cam map was just to make the drive to work today. Thanks again!

WOT not matching target AFR
Hi, I'm hoping that someone can figure out my issue. Trying to tune on low speed cams (so far) and notice that the corrected AFR doesn't match the target AFR. I confirmed it's in open loop. No matter how much fuel I add to the tables for each cam, the suggested fuel change is 8 to 10%. Do I have a s...
