Did not realize that lifting off the throttle had the effect of resetting the advanced protection. For some reason I though the 2k rpm limit on the injectors remained until the car is shut off. If that’s the case then it would work effectively as a slap on the wrist and solve the problem albiet less...

Turned out it was a firmware update on the Plex, they sent new firmware, works now.

The issue must be on the Plex side then. Is there anything relevant to the s300 or the wiring you can think of that would cause an issue in the datastream such that the RPM signal would go through But the Load signal would not?

Just noticed there is a pin for "Ground" on the digital connector on the s300. I'm only digital feature I'm using is the CAN output function using Hondata Protocol. Should I be connecting this Ground pin to something? The Other CAN device I'm using to read the CAN output is a Plex Knock Mo...
