B18C1 w/wrong calibration used?

I have a greddy turbo on my 99 B18C1 (P28) and started the car for an hour or so using the B16agreddy calibration. I didn't realize until later that it was the wrong engine type......

Do you think this could blow a head gasket?

You think the throttle body vacuum source is any better than teeing it off of another vacuum line?

I know it's best to take the mani off.....drill and tap....put it back on, but do you think it can be done while it's on the car? I know, I'm lazy! LOL!

Vacuum question

Instead of drilling and tapping the manifold for a vacuum source for my 3-bar map, I could make a fitting and use the original map location on the throttle body. Will this be a decent vacuum source?
