Re: Torque limiter

That's strange then?

It literally hits 260 lb/ft and table tops out. BHP carries on up fine for 400

Would you have an idea on what this is?

Torque limiter

Hi,

Is there a torque limiter set in Kmanager as default? Just working on a supercharger tune at it hits 260 LB/FT and flattens out.

AFR WOT running issues

Hi, Currently working on a TTS supercharged FN2 which had a poor tune with 300+ knock counts and only 259 BHP I loaded the base supercharged calibration from the Flashpro database and tested and logged and instantly hit 306 BHP BUT AFR once over 30/40 % throttle, it will hit 10.14 AFR and stay there...

Fuel table Load index

Hi,

How is the load index rescaled for a new max of 10 PSI?

Is there a rescale option to select or work with or should I be editing each load index cell manually?

Thanks!

Re: Kpro V2 fuel percentage adjustment

Ok thank you that explains it. Are there any recommendations for these on this particular setup? Is there anything plug and play to swap the current sensor out? If not then I am correct to assume that I can fit a wideband sensor in the secondary lambda hole? If I am correct then how is the wideband ...

Re: Kpro V2 fuel percentage adjustment

Hey, Just to follow up on this, I have been working on the Dyno again today. I tested the software so loaded the 'dyno tuned' base map, did a run and logged it. Then proceeded to work on the fuel tables based on the percentage guide. I applied the percentage as advised, uploaded and repeated the seq...

K20A2 EP3 European ITB base calibration question

Hi,

I will be working on a EP3 K20A2 I am fitting ITB's.

Hardware

ITB's
310 cc injectors
Full manifold back exhaust system with decat
Stock cams

Are the base calibrations with KManager ok to work from with ITB or can a ITB base calibration be supplied to me at all?

Kind regards

Re: Kpro settings for LC and Overrun

Is this on a turbo vehicle? Retarding the ignition means that you are reducing the timing. a negative value will cause it to add timing as you will be using double negatives. I do not understand your other questions. This is what I am talking about, the RPM data it open to change on SManager. https...
