Re: Flashpro cannot open calibrations
Thanks, that did fix the issue. I don't understand why I had to load a beta version to get it to run, but the latest production version wouldn't work...

Flashpro cannot open calibrations
FP Serial FP-S2K-US-31742 running FP 3.6.5.0 I have attached the Flashpro About screen print out. The car recently had the cylinder head and short block replaced. ECU was not changed, but power to ECU was lost for several weeks. Also, ECU had been reset previously (after engine work a couple of time...

Base target lambda overlay on WOT compensation tables
I am running Flashpro 3.4.4.0. I understand how the current WOT compensation tables work. I have WOT based on MAP table enabled so with Flashpro uses the low and high cam WOT tables when I exceed the specified MAP based on engine rpm. I also understand the purpose of the target lambda overlay. Unfor...

Lambda overlay based on WOT tables instead of just the current three AFRs available.

Recommended target closed loop AFR for E15 gas
In California where I live, we run 15% ethanol in our gas year round. The stoichomteric ratio for E15 gas appears to be 14.04. Any recommendations for using this as the target closed loop AFR versus 14.7? More specifically, is there any risk from running too lean at 14.7 while using E15 gas? Thanks.

But this never happened. Now you just say use uncorrected A/F for S2000's. Will it ever happen?

Re: Can't add attachments from laptop running Chrome
Yes, IE10 allows me to add attachment.
Guess I'll just use it when I need to post with attachments.

Can't add attachments from laptop running Chrome
When I go you add an attachment to a new post and hover over and click on the attachment tab at bottom of post, nothing happens and "javascript:void(0);" shows up on the bottom left of my screen.
I have java script enabled in browser and I am allowing pop ups.
Any ideas?

Re: Resolving ignition parameters
Okay, thank you. One other question. If a knock situation happens when the ignition timing is being determined by: MBT Ignition + knock ignition limit - (knock retard x knock control) becuase it is less than MBT Ignition, does it make sense to lower the knock ignition limit table in the area of knoc...

Re: Resolving ignition parameters
In this specific case, yes. But I have noticed these discrepancies at other throttle positions.
Also, does knock retard on the log only refer to ignition retard related to knock sensitivity, the knock retard table or a sum of both?

Open loop and lambda overlay
I have forced open loop in my calibration - use MAP for WOT, set MAP to .1 bars for all rpms and set WOT low nad high A/F tables to 12.46. Can I still get suggested %fuel changes in my delta lambda tables to speed up fuel table tuning? I'm trying to tune in open loop to eliminate A/F oscillations du...

Resolving ignition parameters
I am trying to resolve what seems to be a disagreement in ignition parameters. Attached is my calibration and datalog. At timestamp 15:00, the log shows the following (while idling) - RPM: 1000, IGN = 5, Knock Retard = 0, Limit = 19, K Control = 55% and MAP =29kPA. My calibration tables show the fol...
