Re: Jerky Cruise Control 2020 Accord 2.0T

This cheap d*ck bought my Flashpro for $300 and refuses to run anything other than 87 octane and complains about poor performance. Spoiler alert: It's knocking at 70mph in 10th on the highway. Do not respond to him. I love him but I'll beat him with a brick before I help him diagnose his car again. ...

Re: New Mods in 3.7 - What do They Do?

Well, I think I've narrowed it down. I think the CAI mod in the tune is doing the harm. This morning driving to work with full mods (Boost, CAI, Knock Disable, Rev Hang off, Throttle response) and it went into limp mode twice and I had to restart the car while coasting. (Note: This time it did store...

Re: New Mods in 3.7 - What do They Do?

Ignore the tables, the throttle, the CEL and everything else. Your fuel trims are way off. That's the problem. The root cause is the AFM is not measuring the actual air flow accurately. You need to determine what part of the intake system is not working. Interesting. I am seeing the -7% LTFT on tha...

Re: New Mods in 3.7 - What do They Do?

Also, just looked at this. Are the first 3 Columns in the table supposed to be over 1000? They're very different on the "2020 Base A31" tune, and right in the area in blue is where the engine starts running like a pig...

Re: New Mods in 3.7 - What do They Do?

Please post a datalog if you think there is a problem at high rpm with the vehicle. Well, it does it every time, so getting the datalog took one pull and it killed the throttle and said "See Ya" until I restarted the car. You can see in the datalog where TPedal stays WOT and TPlate sudden...

Re: New Mods in 3.7 - What do They Do?

Awesome information, thank you! I will attempt to get a datalog in action, then play whac a mole with the mods removing them one by one (27WON CAI, Artificial knock, etc.) and see if one of them is causing it. Anything specific on the datalog to look at? AFM, Injectors...? Thanks again!! Please do n...

Re: New Mods in 3.7 - What do They Do?

What is your ECU part number? Update (and this might need a different thread now, because it all went bad haha): So, 2021 Civic Sport Hatch MT, USA 1. Selected 2020 vehicle, 2018 ECU +9psi preset (2020 and 2021 share A31 ECU, FYI) Step1.png Everything shows 2018 as the newest calibrations, so I'm g...

New Mods in 3.7 - What do They Do?

Hi guys, My questions are simple enough this time: 1. What's the difference between the two Throttle Response options? Are they the same and just duplicated (ie. If I tick both, am I going to be having a wild throttle pedal?) 2. Is the increased fuel pressure option for highly tuned "built"...

Re: FlashPro Manager 3.6.8.0 Selecting Wrong Vehicle

Ok, so as long as it says 2020 MT, it won't brick the ECU if it's saying the calibration is for Canada instead of US?

Re: FlashPro Manager 3.6.8.0 Selecting Wrong Vehicle

No, just making a calibration on the PC. Once I select a tune (+9), the first thing that pops up is the "Mods" screen and it says Canada. And if I exit out of mods and check the main calibration tab (version, vehicle, notes) it still says Canada.

FlashPro Manager 3.6.8.0 Selecting Wrong Vehicle

Hi, I've noticed an issue in the Flashpro Manager when trying to make a new calibration. When I select "Civic 1.5T US 2020 Hatch MT" and any tune option (3, 6, or 9psi), the next screen thinks I've selected Canada 2020 Hatch MT. If I do any other year, it will stay "US 20xx Hatch MT&q...

Re: Best +9 PSI Tune for 27WON CAI?

Did more digging, should have started with that. 27WON has proper size AFM inlet diameter so it is not necessary to retune as is the case with AEM, Injen, PRL, and Mishimoto. (Unless you get the "RACE AFM" from 27WON, in which case you will need a remap of the AFM.) Hope this is useful to ...

Best +9 PSI Tune for 27WON CAI?

Hi all, Just a question if anyone has tried: Of the custom tunes available on the Flashpro manager for AEM, Injen, and Mishimoto, which one is the best of them to use with a 27WON intake? Not the turbo, or the turbo pipe, just the drop in Cold Air Intake. If anyone has tried these tunes with the 27W...

Re: Intercooler calibration?

The improved efficiency intercooler will improve intake air temp when it passes the IAT at the throttle body, which in turn will allow more aggressive ignition timing (colder air=harder to knock/detonate) so timing will advance, and therefore, you can make more power. The Hondata maps (and stock Hon...
