Re: 08 Civic Si FlashPro CARB info
Congrats on the intake purchase! I personally wouldn't upgrade the header if you intend on using the CARB FlashPro/Tune. You won't see much of a difference without adjusting the tune. In my opinion, it's money down the drain. Some people who want a stock-like, but aftermarket setup get the Megan Rac...

Re: 08 Civic Si FlashPro CARB info
Thanks. Is there enough adjustments to make it worth getting dyno tuned or is that just a waste of money? It would be a waste. You cannot adjust fuel and ignition timings with the CARB version. Be weary of shops that tell you otherwise. Someone can easily scam you by saying they can tune the car wh...

Re: 08 Civic Si FlashPro CARB info
Unfortunately (and by design) you can't adjust much with the CARB tune. This is so that the tune is CARB compliant; AKA conforms to California's strict emission requirements. That said, I have the CARB tune open in FlashPro Manager right now so I can tell you. You can: Adjust the VTEC window. Progra...

Re: 08 civic si considering hondata/cai/exhaust help?
Don't buy either of those intakes until you have FlashPro. As far as the exhaust feel free to buy that. It won't make or break you. However, gains will be very minimal, if any, without at tune. Note: Bolt-ons that greatly affect engine airflow (i.e. race headers, large intakes like the ones you men...

Re: Is This Currently The Best Base Map?
I noticed on your most recent 3rd gear pull that the car is in closed loop from the start to about 3900RPM. To my knowledge, shouldn't the car be in open loop at all times in WOT conditions? A/F R is almost consistent from 2000RPM to redline. Small adjustments will make it more level. It's averaging...

Re: Ignition drops randomly
Have you tried flashing back to stock and seeing if the problem goes away?

Re: Cal file - Skunk2 with Full Race exhaust
Try the attached cal. This is essentially the Hondata Skunk2 Alpha tune (MAF Based) with Active Tuning enabled. Active tuning worked wonders on my part throttle! Should work pretty well until you get the car professionally tuned.

Re: Injectors Cut w/o commanding.
It appears the car is in limp mode. I'm pretty sure your Check Engine Light is on. Have the code(s) scanned and we might be able to help!

Re: 08 Civic si Boltons Datalogs
New cal attach. Adjusted WOT values to target 12.5:1 or Lambda 0.85 This car was initially VERY rich so I pulled a bit fuel. I over shot into the lean area and have been gradually adding fuel with each iteration. The part throttle fuel (S. trims) isn't done yet but I'm close! :) I did add fuel to th...

Re: 08 Civic si Boltons Datalogs
Thanks for the reply! Currently making those edits! :) Most of the tune is the MAP based Hondata Skunk2 tune with fueling/ignition changes of course. I'll post for review in a bit.

Working on part throttle right now since most of your driving will be done here. I'm getting close to being done then I'll do WOT. So far so good!

Re: Not sure which base map to choose
Welcome to the community! Attached to this reply is the CAI/Skunk2 Header/Catback Race calibration. This came straight from the Hondata Calibrations folder; completely unaltered. I saved you a couple clicks to find it! DISCLAIMER: This is a race calibration which is no longer supported by Hondata. Y...
