Re: Flashpro for 2017 Civic HB CVT
If you only reflash and don’t have a flash Pro to return it to stock when you take it in to the dealer for service, you run the risk of being flagged for a modified ECU and could have your warranty voided... just FYI

Re: Flashpro for 2017 Civic HB CVT
You’d get bigger increases if you run ethanol free 92 octane and the pure gas app will show you where the nearest gas station is that sells it... you’ll still do much better than stock with flash Pro and 87. I don’t have the numbers but I’d guess you’d be around 235 ft lbs of torque on 87, and more ...

Re: Primary and secondary calibration
You have to flash the ECU if you want to change beteeen your stock tune and the High Performance tune... I've found that the eco button does practically nothing on the CVT with a tune flashed. I believe they might be working on a way to have the tune turned on and back to stock via the eco button on...

Re: Flashpro for 2017 Civic HB CVT
Sure, Glad to help, but just remember if you stomp on the gas a lot your MPG will be more like 29-33, or even worse if you're a torque junkie, :)

Re: Flashpro for 2017 Civic HB CVT
Today I got even better mileage, and still drove 70-75 mph on the freeway, over a mountain pass twice.... Just kept it under 3,000 rpm and pretty much drove as normal, not really babying it that much more than anyone would normally drive.... I Filled the tank with Ethanol Free 92 Octane Premium in A...

Re: Flashpro for 2017 Civic HB CVT
Just a follow up, today I drove 160.8 miles in mixed driving including some steep long inclines, and and averaged exactly 39.0 MPG with my +6psi Flash pro tune.... I didn't get the RPMs over 4000, usually kept it around 1800-2000, and didn't go over 70mph on the highway. So, you definitely can get g...

Re: Flashpro for 2017 Civic HB CVT
I just did a +6 tune on my 16' Civic Touring, and before the flash I usually averaged 37mpg in combined driving. Now, I'm usually at around 33-34 mpg, but I've noticed I'm utilizing the extra power a bit, which I'm sure is common.... It's a bit addictive :=) If I were to baby the car and keep the re...

Re: +9psi map for CVT
That's good news, but for us "noobs" that don't fully know how to edit the torque limit tables, would it be possible for you to come out with a +8psi and a +9psi tune for the 2016+ Turbo Civic CVT ? Hondata, I would BUY something like that :) HINT HINT :)

You CAN save a "return to stock" calibration on your Flashpro !
Hello, I am a new user and was very frustrated at first, because before I bought my flashpro I had heard that you could save 2 tunes on the flashpro, so naturally I thought you could save the Stock tune, and your high performance tune and switch between the two by simply using the flashpro by itself...

Re: +9psi map for CVT
Will it even allow you to do a MT tune on a CVT? I thought we could only use the maps for each particular car.... I think the map might not be good for your car being that it was designed for Manually shifting.... Are you able to flash your car with the MT tune? According to Hondata, you probably sh...

Re: Reflashing to stock
I tried it today, and it DOES work. Thank you...! This is AWESOME! Before trying it, I called the Hondata customer service / Tech support line yesterday, and they seem to be unaware that you can actually do this, which I find very strange.... I explained to him that I wanted to confirm that I could ...

According to Jun43: I wrote: Ok, I did what you said, and uploaded the "return to stock tune" to my flashpro. I then went into the menu "Flashpro", and clicked on "Calibrations", and there were no primary or secondary calibrations listed.... So, it looks like it does NO...

Ok, thank you.... I will give that a try.... I just wonder why this isn't published anywhere?

Re: Primary and secondary calibration
What he wants to do is have the stock calibration and the tuned calibration with more power available to be changed between the two without having to use a laptop, and simply connect the flash pro whenever he wants to switch it back to stock, and back to the tuned version (so he can take it into the...
