Re: 9th gen Si Flex Fuel Glitch

I'm not going to post my tuner's tune/datalogs publicly, but I recorded a video to demonstrate what I mean by it's not working at all. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, or if the feature is bugged but if I increase the fuel compensation, the fuel trims should theoretically go richer by the...

Re: 9th gen Si Flex Fuel Glitch

Yes I do, and it's reading the proper ethanol percentage on my live datalog. Went from 60% up to 70% so I know it's working. It's slightly higher than what's shown on my gauge, but it's consistent (like 2% off)

9th gen Si Flex Fuel Glitch

I've read the help file on Ethanol parameters, and I can't seem to figure out how to get it to work. I enabled live tuning for the Ethanol fuel compensation box and flashed it onto my ECU. I'm currently tuned for E60 gas, and I put in E70. My fuel trims are roughly 7% on idle, and it goes upwards of...

Re: Gear Ratio Calibration Problems!

Hi, After entering gear ratios for my after market Mfactory Gearset. VSS speed and Shift signals are not right. I have entered all the info the best of my knowledge from gearset specs. I re-count teeth to make sure gear ratios are OK. Mfactory Gearset: 1st 2.313, 2nd 1.65, 3rd 1.304, 4th 1.08, 5th ...

Re: FlashProManager V2.8.7

In the help file, it specifically says that the ignition multiplier is used in conjunction with the ignition compensation table, which looks nothing like what the help file's table looks like. That table is the one that's under the "Ethanol" tab on the calibration https://i.gyazo.com/afd93...

Re: FlashProManager V2.8.7

Just wired it up from the Yellow wire of the gauge, instead of the sensor's wire. It's reading properly now thanks a lot. Now next question, where's the rest of the fields? I noticed the ECT (I'm assuming that's ethanol content) only goes up to 30% does that mean I can only run up to E30? And what e...

Re: FlashProManager V2.8.7

The white wire is from the sensor itself, I tapped it from the plug that plugs directly into the sensor in the engine bay. The dimming wire is wired up to my headlight fuse in the cabin. I'm guessing that's probably why it doesn't read properly if I'll need to obtain the voltage from the gauge and n...

Re: FlashProManager V2.8.7

you should be looking at the Ethanol sensor for your ethanol % and not the ECT2. ECT2 defaults to 32F when the sensor is disable. Capture.JPG Thank you, I just took another datalog, and sure enough the Ethanol field is reading. Not accurately at all, but it's reading something. It's fluctuating bet...

Re: FlashProManager V2.8.7

I just wired up my Ethanol content sensor, I've been using the Innovate ethanol content gauge (MTX-D) for a while now due to the lack of flex fuel support, but now that it's released I decided to try it out and wire it into my ecu I have a 2014 civic SI and I cut the A44 (ECT2) wire on my ecu plug, ...

Re: Flashpro manager glitch 6/1/17

Yes, the old version of flashpro manager did not let me upload a calibration as it was "out of date". I'm downloading my calibration from my tuner (Vitviper) and I'm using my laptop with windows 10 on it.

Flashpro manager glitch 6/1/17

Hi, I've just updated my flashpro manager today to 2.6.6.0 (most recent production version) and went out to take a datalog. When I got home, it does not let me save/open the datalogs. Datalogs taken prior to the update open fine, but when I open the new datalogs, the datalog list becomes blank and I...

Launch control boost building

Hi guys, i have a 2014 civic SI and I've been experimenting around with the launch control and i'm trying to build more boost off the line. I have a 5862 turbo, so its a mid sized turbo and I'm able to build around 3-4psi of boost off the line but I'm wondering if it's possible to make more. For my ...

Unable to save datalogs after 2.5.1.0 beta update

I have a 2014 civic SI and after updating the firmware to the beta, every datalog I take is becoming corrupted. https://i.gyazo.com/398c0059a976fe4e6a08ec955283be0a.png I'm able to access the datalogs from before the update, and when I double clicked them, they would load onto the graph and I could ...
