Re: Issues while trying to get tuned.

There is a wiring / ground problem and the ECU is grounding through the USB when a laptop is plugged in. Fix the problem before going any further because it is easy to damage withe ECU/KPro with the amount of current.

The calibrations are the same but on the CARB version there is much less you can change. Download the software and open each calibration to see.

Re: 2006 Civic SI/FG2

The VIN in the ECU (2HGFG21577H101507) is not the same as the VIN you provided you provided. So I think we can put that issue to rest - someone swapped a 2007 ECU into your vehicle.

What came on? The throttle error code? Why are you blaming the FlashPro for this?

Re: 2006 Civic SI/FG2

Does your VIN on the vehicle match what the ECU reports? You can find this in the FlashPro window. In any case the only difference between the 06 and 07+ is VSA, which you can disable in the calibration if you wish. But that should not affect the throttle relay error, which is the same between the t...

Re: 2006 Civic SI/FG2

Your VIN is 2007, your calibration ID is 2007 and the ECU ID is 2007. Seems to me that you have a 2007 vehicle.

Do you have a VSA disable switch in the vehicle and/or VSA indicators lights on the dash?

Because no 2006 vehicles had VSA.

We can't wave a magic wand and fix something if we have no information. Send us the feedback with the FlashPro plugged into the vehicle and the ignition on.

Re: Soild CEL, NO codes

Probably you should at least tell us what Hondata system it is and what ECU you are using.

Check the SCS is not grounded.

Re: Civic 2016+ MT CHINA Cruise control

It is because the cruise control was added after the car was manufactured, and the ECU reflashed to enable the cruise control. We are looking into this.

Re: Fuel pressure and more power

You can raise the fuel pressure but the overall fuel delivery will be lower if you do. It depends if you are running out of fuel pump or your duty cycle is getting long enough to cause misfires. Without seeing the fuel pressure and injector duration I can't say what. If you are getting misfires from...

Re: Civic 2016+ MT CHINA Cruise control

In FlashProManager, in the FlashPro window, under ECU what is the 'Calibration ID'?

Also is this factory cruise control or was it added in after the vehicle was purchased?

Re: Knock

A couple of knocks on one cylinder is nothing to be concerned about. Likewise knock retard by itself is nothing to worry about because the ECU will show knock retard even if there is no knock. That's how Honda ECUs work. The knock control will normally go up and down, with lower being better. In you...
