If the ECU and OBD2 are still not detected, then there is a wiring issue somewhere and since a turbo has just been installed heat could be an issue. You will have to go over all the wiring and see what may be damaged or disconnected.

Unplug the Oxygen sensors and see if it will start. If it does check the wiring for damage as it may have melted and shorted out.

Check the over lay settings to make sure that you are within the parameters for it to show up.

If there is not a calibration for your modifications then you will need to tune it on the dyno.
