Start by pulling timing in the areas where the problem occurs, and if that has no effect then you may have bad fuel or there may be something rattling in the engine bay such as the exhaust on the subframe.

You can disable the P0420 error in the closed loop section of the Calibration window.

Have you changed the turbo in your car?
The other errors cannot be removed by the software.

You must use a PRB calibration from the drop down.

With the software open and everything connected begin datalogging and look at the error codes and see what error code has been set.

Just load the calibration and upload directly without using the 2 stored calibration spots.

Completely unplug the FlashPro form the vehicle and the USB and then only plug in the USB and see if the error shows up.

Click the FlashPro button at the top of the screen, then go to the calibrations tab and that is where you must update the calibrations you have stored.
