Re: Somewhat Random Rev limit cut.

UPdate to the newest version of software and reupload the calibration to the ECU using the new software and see if the problem persists.

Re: Flashing CEL, no dataloging

Everything is tested here before they are sold, so it is most likely that it is an ECU issue. Keep in mind that these ECUs are well over 25 years old now.

Re: Somewhat Random Rev limit cut.

What is the serial umber of the s300 board inside the ECU.

From Help, About, what is the version of software you are using?

Re: revert to previous base map

You should save your calibrations to your hard drive so you can have access to them any time. If you have overwritten the file without having it saved somewhere then it is gone and you will have to go to the New Calibration button and select a new calibration to use.

Re: air con problem

Post your calibration as well as a datalog showing the issue.

Re: Flashing CEL, no dataloging

I would recommend that you try the s300 in a known working ECU from another vehicle or a friend and see if it works properly then.

Re: AFR wont show lower than 12.47 in log

You should use a multimeter and see if the wideband controller is outputting voltages lower than the reading you are getting. This is more than likely an issue with the wideband being used. also make sure you have the correct voltage conversion for this wideband.

Re: Car erratic jerking and misfiring

That is a possibility. The tuner should be able to assist with settings for that and looking at the datalogs to see what is actually happening.

Have you discussed this issue with your tuner?

Re: Flashing CEL, no dataloging

I would recommend retouching all the joints with some solder and the soldering iron and see if that has any effect.
