Analog Wideband

Top  Previous  Next

Most wideband controllers have an analog output which may be used as an analog input on the KPro-III.

The wideband analog output should be connected to a KPro-III analog input.  If the wideband has an analog ground, then this should be connected to the KPro-III analog ground (marked GND on the board; black wires in the connector).

eg. Connecting a AEM 30-4100 with single analog output

Note: In order to reduce the voltage offset between the ECU and wideband, use a heavy gauge wire for the wideband ground, keep the wideband ground wire as short as possible and ground the wideband in the same place as the ECU.

eg.  Connecting a AEM 30-2310 with analog output and analog ground.
