Injectors being cut

Post by darren »

So if I'm driving along at say 30mph, 1% to 2% throttle, my injectors keep being cut causing a jerk.
Engine is a b16 on ITB's

Any ideas?

Has this been properly tuned on the dyno?

Do you have the MAP sensor connected and reading vacuum?

Yes, vacuum taken from all 4 runner's to a vac box, then map sensor reading vac from there

IT is most likely form the overrun fuel cutoff settings. Try adjusting those and see if that has the desired effect.

Go into TPS parameters, lower the TPS % for overrun fuel cutoff (TPS), and lower the numbers for MAP (kPa) in the overrun cutoff (MAP). I use 18-19 on mine up to around 4000rpm and its smooth as can be.
