So if I'm driving along at say 30mph, 1% to 2% throttle, my injectors keep being cut causing a jerk.
Engine is a b16 on ITB's
Any ideas?
Injectors being cut
Re: Injectors being cut
Has this been properly tuned on the dyno?
Re: Injectors being cut
It has been tuned on a dyno by myself, its my first tune so I'm still learning but runs great apart from 1-2% throttle opening. I shall upload the datalog

Re: Injectors being cut
Do you have the MAP sensor connected and reading vacuum?
Re: Injectors being cut
Yes, vacuum taken from all 4 runner's to a vac box, then map sensor reading vac from there
Re: Injectors being cut
IT is most likely form the overrun fuel cutoff settings. Try adjusting those and see if that has the desired effect.
Re: Injectors being cut
Go into TPS parameters, lower the TPS % for overrun fuel cutoff (TPS), and lower the numbers for MAP (kPa) in the overrun cutoff (MAP). I use 18-19 on mine up to around 4000rpm and its smooth as can be.
